Terms of Service

In short

Quint Ally is for verified business owners aged 18+. Be truthful, never sell or spam, and keep what members share confidential. Nally keeps notes about your business, using AI providers in the US. Ticking the box accepts our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Who we are

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you, the business you represent, and [TO CONFIRM: legal entity name], registered at [TO CONFIRM: registered address] (“Quint Ally”, “we”, “us”). They cover quintally.com and, when available, our mobile apps.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.

Who can join

You must be at least 18 and an owner, director, founder or officer of a registered business, acting on its behalf and with authority to accept these Terms for it.

One account per person. Your account is personal: don’t share it or let anyone else use it.

Getting in

There is one way in: an invitation code, or a waitlist application we approve, which issues a code. Codes are single-use and may not be sold or traded.

You sign in with your work email and a one-time code we send you. Unused codes expire after 10 minutes. There are no passwords and no sign-in with other services.

We then verify your business against government registries and other checks. The outcome is verified, manual review (usually 1–3 business days, decided by a person), or rejected. If you’re rejected you may try again, or ask us to review the decision.

Everything you give us must be true. If it turns out not to be, we may withdraw verification and close the account.

Keeping your account secure

Access to your work email is access to your account, so keep it secure. You can see and revoke signed-in devices in Settings → Sessions. Tell us at support@quintally.com if you think someone else has used your account.

How the network works

Quint Ally is a dark network: there is no member directory, no search and no cold messaging. Nally routes your Asks, masked, to a few members who may be able to help, and proposes introductions double-blind.

Identities are revealed only when both sides accept. Don’t try to identify a member from masked content, and don’t reveal who another member is, or what they told you in confidence, without their permission.

Nally, our AI

Nally is an AI. She keeps notes about your business, what is weighing on you and what you could offer others, and uses them to route Asks and propose introductions. You can see and delete what she remembers in “Nally knows”.

Nally can misunderstand or be wrong. Nothing she says is legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and an introduction is not an endorsement of any member.

Nally never answers a proposal, posts a message or reveals your identity for you. Those always take your tap.

Conduct

Quint Ally is for founders helping founders. You must not:

• sell, pitch, solicit or spam other members;

• misrepresent yourself, your business, your role or your results;

• harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone;

• pad your standing with fake Answers, coordinated marks or other gaming;

• scrape, copy, reverse-engineer or resell the service, or try to get around masking, rate limits or security;

• share anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to share, including passwords or other people’s confidential information.

You can block a member at any time. Blocking is silent: they are not told.

Moderation

Members can report conduct from any room or Ask thread, and messages that break the rules may be rejected automatically with a reason.

We use a three-strike rule. For a first and second strike, Nally coaches you privately. A third strike restricts your account: you are left out of routing and introductions and your rooms are frozen. You can appeal by writing to support@quintally.com, and a person will review it.

For serious breaches — fraud, false verification, harassment, or where the law requires — we may suspend or close an account straight away. Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell you why.

Your content

You own what you write. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, mask and route it, only to run Quint Ally for you and other members.

If you delete your account, the masked text of your Asks and Answers stays in the other member’s thread; your unmasked text is deleted. The Privacy Policy sets out what we keep and for how long.

Membership and payment

Silver membership is free, forever.

Gold, a paid subscription, is planned but not yet available. When it is offered, it will be sold on the web only and billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time and keep Gold until the end of the period you have paid for. If a payment fails, there is a grace period, after which the account returns to Silver.

Money never buys access. Every member, paid or not, must be verified, and a subscription never changes who you are matched with.

Features that are not here yet

Some features are planned but not available, such as deals between members. Future features will come with their own terms, which you will see before you can use them. Nothing in these Terms promises that a feature will ship.

If you use our mobile apps when they are available, they are for signing in and reading. Signup, verification and billing happen on the web.

Leaving, and ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Data & privacy. We act on deletion requests within 48 hours.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if verification fails or was false, or if the law requires. Sections on your content, disclaimers, liability and governing law continue to apply after your account ends.

What we can and can’t promise

Verification checks that a business record matches what an applicant told us. It is not a background check on a person, it does not prove the applicant holds a particular role, and we cannot guarantee that registries or members are accurate.

We work to keep Quint Ally available and useful, but we provide it “as is”. We don’t promise it will be uninterrupted, that you will receive any number of Asks or introductions, or that an introduction will lead to business. Your dealings with other members are between you and them.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud.

Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business, or for what other members do or say, and our total liability to you is limited to [TO CONFIRM: liability cap amount].

Changes to these Terms

The version date shows which Terms are current. If we make a material change, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by [TO CONFIRM: governing law and courts]. This does not remove any protection that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.
